    Hi

Users with a contributors level are unable to sort WooCommerce products, however admins are able to do so. This should occur when clicking on the “Sorting” link seen in this image https://ibb.co/sChcnqP , the drag and drop option should be available for contributors as well. Please let me know how to enable this?

    Thank you

    Hi,
The Sort link you highlighted is not our plugin feature, but something WooCommerce implemented.
Instead try the ReOrder interface or the advanced plugin version, for more details see Sort Products which belong to multiple categories

    Thanks

    Hi

Thanks so much for the quick response. That makes so much sense.

Would I be able to use your sorting functionality along with the built in WooCommerce sorting functionality? Or would this cause issues with the ordering of products?

    Thank you

    Hi,
You can use both sorting if you want. Yet, our solution is much powerful and allows sorting inside categories without losing the order for the others.

    Thanks

Thanks, I’ve used your plugin on other websites and it’s amazing.

So just to confirm, if I use your plugin will it affect the order of the products which I’ve changed when using the WooCommerce functionality?

    Thanks again

    Hi,
The order will change, accordingly to the customization, through either WooCommerce sorting or our plugin.

    Thanks
