contributer level suggestion

Upon writing a post, a contributer is able to save but not publish. An administrator can then access that draft and publish. It would be more clear for the contributer and easier for the administrator if the contributer could elect to send the post to the administrator for moderation. Perhaps with a “send to moderation” button in place of the “publish” button. The post would then be accessable by the admin in his/her moderation folder.
