Contracts

  • Before trying to use this plugin I wanted to ask if the following would be achievable.

    This is for a record label site, and I am using CF7 to build a Contract form with a signature field addon. The artists will create an account and see a front facing dashboard when they log in. We want the contract form to capture all their data including timestamp and IP address, and then convert to a PDF and show in a list under that user’s account area. Can we have the contracts show based on the user ID that signed the contract?

  • Yes, Logically anyone who is signing up and accepting all terms and conditions on your website, should be able to provide you all above mentioned details. However am not sure that all these details appear in PDF or on webpage itself as view based. Most downloading are done in XML sheets.

    I wasn’t 100% clear before. We want the IP and Timestamp but only to save as an audit trail, it doesnt need to appear on the PDF of the contract. I just want to make sure I can somehow get the PDF to be created, sent to the recipient’s email and also show a PDF in their account section on our site. I see you can display them with shortcodes as a post but I don’t want one user to see all the contracts, just ones that pertain to them.
