Continue to Payment Button remains clickable

Hi Dave,

When I test on a test site, when my popover is successful, I am automatically advanced to the Order Received page. Without looking at your site (which I would be happy to do – what is your URL?), I wonder if there is a theme conflict or another plugin interfering?

Would you be willing to enable Test Mode on your Stripe temporarily for testing purposes? If you’d rather not, you can also set up a staging site to do this on. If you go the staging site route, you can also very easily disable all other plugins and set your theme to Twenty Twelve, and check to see if it works. If so, then you can enable your plugins one by one to see if there is a conflict, and then finally your chosen theme.

Hi Zandy, I’m advanced as you say as well but there is about 3-5 seconds with the little spinning wheel where the button is available after the Stripe overlay shoots up and away and the grey screen vanishes.

I really can’t make the URL public… Are you a developer of the plugin?

I’m not a developer. I do work for Automattic, and I’m helping support the forums as a Happiness Engineer.

Hmm, for the transition you mention, I can still SEE the button, but I can’t click it (on my test site) – the screen is greyed out as the wheel spins. I have to think that your theme is what’s allowing the screen to still be responsive to clicks. What happens if you click on the button? Do you get caught in a payment loop?
