Continue to Payment button not completing after payment processed.

We recently ran into a problem where orders are not completing after payment. The scenario is this: Customers go to the Checkout Page, they click Continue to Payment. They enter in their credit card information and Stripe will process the payment. Payment is accepted and the green checkbox lights up. Then the Stripe payment window goes away. Normally the customer should be directed to the Order Complete page but they remain on the Checkout page.

If the customer clicks the Continue to Payment button again, then after about 10 seconds to 15 seconds, they get the Order complete page. If they do not click the Continue to Payment button again, then the order never goes through.

Stripe does not capture the order unless you click twice it appears.

I contacted Stripe and they said to contact Woo Commerce. I’m just trying to see if there is anyone that might know what we should be looking for. My guess is it is a plugin that is fighting things but am not sure how to figure out which one, etc.
