"Continue Reading" link doesn't work

    …and just now when I added another event, instead of the “Continue Reading” link going to the event-calendar page, it goes to calendar-2…which is a page that doesn’t exist in my list of pages…but somehow takes you to an autogenerated Calendar page anyway.

    Make sure that in the settings page of our plugin you have selected a calendar page. Regarding the other bug, should be fixed in 2.2
