Continue buttons persists from Billing and Additional Information tabs

    The plugin works nicely. However, for us (it may be specific to the Avada theme we are using) the original “Continue” buttons from the original Billing Information and Additional Information tabs remain, even though everything has been condensed to one page. It behaves the same way with both 2 and 3 column layouts.
