• I started using the free version of the service before the GoDaddy acquisition. Since then, I have continued to be impressed with the plugin and the improvements they make. I now pay for some of the features such as backups. I find their backup process is more efficient and error-free than some other paid services I use.

    So why 4 stars then?

    I think there is still room for improvement. For example, the documentation could be improved. One example is the code snippets module. I also think it would help if on the Services section to have a link back to the Features page for that item on managewp.com. It seems I have to hunt for the info on a feature like Uptime Monitoring. I would also like to pull out the “history” section under Account and have it appear as an icon on the dashboard.

    Overall, I’m very pleased.
