• Hi all,

I’ve been trying to make a basic change to the Virtue Theme Options for two days now, and I keep getting the same error message:

    error message

I’d been trying to update the link in one of my home page slides. Then I tried changing anything at all, and I got exactly the same error message. This happened yesterday, today, and on two separate computers. I thought the issue might be not being up to date, but I just updated to the latest versions of WordPress, Virtue Theme, and all my plugins. What could be going on? Thanks!

    Hey,
I would suggest deacitvating your plugins to test if any are conflicting. If there’s no change try contacting your host to see if they have insight. Let me know what you find out!

    Hi Hannah,

That didn’t work—I deactivated and then reactivated everything, and made sure everything was updated. I was not, however, up-to-date on the Virtue theme, and had updated the Kadence Toolkit plugin before I updated the Virtue theme. Maybe that was the issue? Is there a way to re-install the toolkit without losing all the customization work I put into it?

    Thanks!

You should be able to reinstall the toolkit without loosing any of your content or settings. Let me know if you have any issue in doing this.
