“Contine” button under “Optmize Wordfence Firewall” doesn’t work

    I’m trying to install the free Wordfence. I got as far as trying to configure the firewall, downloaded the htaccess file then I went to click the “continue” button and it isn’t active. In other words, nothing happens when I click it.

    What do I need to do to get this to work?

    Hi @tww2021

    I will need your Wordfence diagnostics report. Please go to the top of the “Diagnostics” tab on the Wordfence “Tools” page. There will be a “SEND REPORT BY EMAIL” button to send the diagnostics report. Enter wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com as the email and tww2021 as the forum username please.

    Once you have emailed me the diagnostics report can you reply here to let me know that it has been sent. This is important in the unlikely event that your installation of WordPress is having an issue with sending mail.

    I’m so sorry! I posted an update that I had solved the issues with the help of tech support from my host. I don’t know why that didn’t get posted. But I’m truly grateful for your response and willingness to help. Thank you!
