context argument meaning and usage in wp wc cli

Hi, what’s the usage and format of –context flag arguments in wp wc cli commands?
From the documentation:

  [--context=<context>]
    Scope under which the request is made; determines fields present in
    response.

It’s not clear how to use it and what’s the difference from:

  [--fields=<fields>]
    Limit response to specific fields. Defaults to all fields
