Contest with rating system

  • Hello,
    I’m working on a website that requires a contest:
    Users can enter a story (just some text) and rate the other stories.
    The best one win something.
    So I need a user inscription and a contest with rating system.
    Do you think that some plugin(s) can do that?
    I’ve made some research, but I’m kind of lost actually…

  • I would just create a category of posts and use a post rating system plugin.

    In its simplest form, you could do this with two plugins: one to allow user’s to submit content, and another to add a rating system. There should more than a few options for each if you look through the plugin repository.

    I’m gonna try to work this way.
    I saw 2 plugins rating-widget and wp-user-frontend. Maybe it can works for my needs, not sure already.
    Have you try some good one?
