Contest Time Stamp – YIKES!

Hi. I’m in a contest and the deadline was at noon. Not knowing the time, I clicked “edit this page” for a blog…then realized it was 3 mins after 12. I panicked, so it’s a bit of a blur. But I think I closed the whole site by hitting the upper right x and didn’t cancel out or anything. Did I leave a time stamp anywhere? Does WP put a time stamp if you just open a blog entry but don’t edit or re-post it?
