Content_id not matching the product catalogue feed

When we asked the FB support for help they said that the issue was due to that the content_id parameter doesn’t match in FB Business manager with what the catalogue product feed is sending.

content_idshows the SKU (also see screen shot) even though our file doesn’t include any SKUs.
