Content with forum page does not display

I intend to display text content (or rather embed video from YouTube) on this forum page:

While there shows an editor to write (or paste code), but nothing displays on the frontend.

I could never raise a thread on bbPress forum. I remember trying to post a thread around a year back and received error 404. Same even now.
