Google ‘could’ list the pages hidden behind the membership page.
However it would only show a couple of lines..
And when someone went to that link they wouldnt see anything anyway as they are not logged in.
The could even get a 404 not found page.
to stop this you can use a plugin like 404 to home etc to make all 404 pages go to the home page ( or any link you like)
there are also many ways to suggest to google ( etc) that it shouldnt list certain pages, but it is only a suggestion and in the end google will list what it wants too if it so chooses. but will try and do what you want.
