    Good afternoon,

First of all, thank you for this wonderful plugin that has been so helpful for my website. I wanted to report that since the recent Elementor update (3.25.9), it has stopped working correctly. I have enabled the option to display content on specific dates, but today I noticed that the content remains hidden even though it is set to “Show” and the dates are correct.

This coincides with Elementor’s update, which changed aspects of the editor, such as moving the “Update” button to the top right instead of the bottom left. These and other recent changes might be causing the issue.

I am not sharing the URL because it involves private content, but I can create a public page if needed for troubleshooting. Could you please look into this?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear that you are encountering an issue with the plugin.

In this regard, I have carried out tests from my end and I do not seem to replicate an issue with the Date/Time feature while using the latest Elementor version (3.25.10). Could you perhaps look into the Timezone that you have enabled in your site, within the the Settings > General section of your WordPress dashboard, and ensure that it is correct.

In addition, please try disabling other plugins that you may have in place and check whether the issue is resolved. If so, reactivate them one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.

I hope this gets to help.

    Kind Regards

    Hi John,

Thank you for your response and for taking the time to look into this issue. I have verified that the timezone is correctly configured in the WordPress settings (Settings > General), so this does not seem to be the cause.

The problem persists specifically when using date-based visibility, while the time-based visibility still works correctly. This suggests that the issue might be related to how the plugin handles dates after recent Elementor updates (versions 3.25.9 and 3.25.10).

If no solution is possible, I might need to contact a specialized technician to investigate further or consider switching to a different plugin, which would be a shame given the amount of work I have already invested with this one.

Thank you again for your time and support. I truly appreciate your efforts.

    Kind regards

    Hi there,

    Thanks for sharing that information.

In this case, I’m now in a position to replicate the issue. I have gone ahead and notified the development team about this issue so that they can have this fixed in an update.

My apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused.

    Kind Regards
