• I’ve recently purchased Content Views Pro but now find they have upgraded which requires another purchase. As I’ve not explored my recent purchase to its full extent it’s not my intention to purchase yet again. My gripe is that the plugin is permanently displayed in my WP panel as needing an upgrade and also it continually shows that it needs upgrading in my plugins list. This is the only plugin that I’ve come across who does this for their paid upgrades. It’s a pain and if other developers take the same stance my WordPress sites everywhere will continually have these ‘nags’.

I sincerely hope you can influence the developer to stop doing this!

  • They have money back/refund policy. Did you try it?

    Hi @ribone,
We are from the Content Views Pro team.
We are here to help you.

Are you talking about the update notification?
That is a standard WordPress behavior to any plugins which have a new version.
We’ve released a new PRO version 5.8.1, therefore it shows you the notification.

If your pro license key is active, you can update normally.

If your pro license key expired, and you don’t want to receive update notifications, we are happy to help. Please send us your license key at:
    https://www.contentviewspro.com/contact

Also, we are happy to support you with any questions, concerns, feedback.

    Thank you,

    To Content Views Pro team,

Apologies, I was using my original Pro Licence from you. Not my latest licence sent by you.
