    Great to see you like the plugin, let’s see about this url masking issue! Could I ask if you’ve tested that as a user with the appropriate access level?

    Also, does the access level you’re using for that have the Downloads rule added?

    Yes, I am logging in as a test user with vip privileges.

    Yes, the access level was added to the download rule but it locked everyone out from actually seeing content.

    My content protection is working perfectly. But masking doesn’t work.

    I was under the impression that all I had to do to mask urls was go to Membership/Options/Downloads&Media
    Select Basic Protection, uploads location, my masked url name

    and that thats it. All content in my wp-content/uploads folder would be masked to https://archenemys.com/whatevernameigive/

    Is this not how it supposed to happen?

    Thank you for your reply.

    You have to also create Protected group( If it doesn’t exist or you want to use any other group than default ) and assign it to medias in media library as displayed in the following video tutorial.
