Content Update Scheduler

I have it all setup and it was supposed to be showing the widget from 8:30am to 4:35pm central standard time and if you go to the link now you wont see what is supposed to be there which is a live stream but if you kept the page up before 4:35pm it is still going without the plugin to hide it after the 4:35pm scheduled time. Why isnt it working?
