Content Toggle from Ultimate Blocks malfunctioning

    Right column of the page: even though I have these content toggle blocks all set to Initial State of Collapsed (and also Collapsed on mobile), the first content item is always expanded. I’d prefer everything were actually collapsed initially, just as the settings say they’re supposed to be.

    Also, those problematic blocks (the ones that are already expanded even though they shouldn’t be) have the arrows pointing the wrong way. When the content is toggled on, the arrow points right, and when the content is hidden, the arrow points down. (The opposite of the other toggle blocks)

    Hi @ostinatofreak! Thanks for letting us know. Several other users have reported issues with our content toggle block that are similar to yours. We’ve managed to recreate them on our end and found out what is causing them. We’ll include a fix for them in the next update. We’ll let you know when it becomes available.

    In the meantime, you can work around this issue. Since only the first panel made within the content toggle block seems to be affected so far, you can insert a new panel on top of it and copy the contents of the malfunctioning panel to it. You can safely delete the old panel as soon as you can confirm that the intended replacement is working properly.

    Ok thanks. That seems to have worked. However, I seemed to have found another bug in the process. I have both of the panel groups set to only show one panel at a time. But if I go and edit the page again, that setting is turned off. Every time I edit the page, I have to turn that setting on for both panel groups again, or it goes back to being disabled.

    Same issues as well as these
    – Arrow facing wrong direction on some blocks.
    – “left” option ignored, icon shows on right no matter what
    – arrows or plusses not rendering at all in Safari.

    Looking at other posts about disappearing blocks, other buggy blocks and this particular block being messed up six way from Sunday… I think I will be simply moving on. Best of luck.

    Hi @ostinatofreak ! We’ve released a new version of the plugin that fixes the issue with the content toggle block. Please upgrade to the latest version and let us know if the content toggle block now works without the workaround.

    I’m facing the same issue with the content toggle block. I have turned on both the “collapsed” and “collapsed on mobile” options, but even after updating the plugin (now on version 2.5.5) it still shows it expanded when visiting the page.     Edit: fixed by removing the block and adding a “toggle” block again. I’m not even sure that the block I’m using now is part of this plugin, but it finally works.
