  • Same here. I actually had to disable the plugin as it caused server overload error when I tried to exit from the tab. Awesome plugin by the way, hope you fix the issue soon as I would like to go online with my website with the blocks in it.

    Hi @mxo123 and @ingo224996,
Thanks for contacting us however I could not replicate the issue locally with the latest WordPress and Getwid versions. Could you try disabling third-party plugins and test Timeline again? Are there any specific steps to replicate the issue?

Hi @dimned. The issue starts when I want to select the timeline block as a whole, not at the beginning, but after adding 3 timeline blocks in it. I want to change the line color, so I have to select the whole block. I’ve tried it locally as well, the same issue happens.

Yes indeed, it happens when trying to click on the entire Timeline block, not the sub-timeline rows.

    Hi @mxo123 and @ingo224996

I’ve tested the selection of the whole TimeLine block though it still works correctly https://prnt.sc/v0cstd Have you tried disabling third-party plugins or changing theme and test Timeline again?

Ok I found the culprit. EditorsKit plugin is the one causing trouble, it is also integrated plugin for Gutenberg editor. If I understand correctly, there might be conflict in JS files that try to load simultaneously, but I might be wrong. No specific error pops up, the tab just freezes.

    Hi @ingo224996,
You may try contacting developers of the plugin and ask them to fix the issue.

For me it seemed to be the plugin Ultimate Adons Gutenberg

Same here, and it also turned out to be an incompatibility with Ultimate Addons Gutenberg. Thank you @mxo123 for the solution!

    Hi,
Thanks for the information. We will review this and will see if we can fix the issue from our side. We will notify you when we have any news.

Same thing was happening to for the last week or two. Page crashed when I tried to put it in. I removed ultimate add-ons for gutenberg now and it works.

Hi @mxo123 @ingo224996 @codimex @raks1995 We have released an update for Getwid where we have improved the Content Timeline block compatibility with third-party plugins. Feel free to update the plugin and let us know if the issue is fixed. Thanks for the collaboration.
