Content Ticker- post text not showing

    Hi I tried to add dynamic content ticker in my home page with selection of recent posts. When i updated, it showed the tag and the arrows but posts text is not showing. I had used this before, that time it used to work fine.

    Hi @janjireashwini1,

    I went through your page, But I didn’t found any Content Ticker section in your homepage. Not even see any eael class by inspect your page. As almost all our widgets class starts with eael so it should atleast show this wrapper if this exists. Did you remove this for now?

    Besides that, I just reproduced on my end with latest version of WordPress, Elementor and Essential Addons for Elementor. Content ticker with dynamic post is fine on my end.

    Can you please try with test page and let me know how it goes.

    Hi I posted the content ticker on my privacy page as well as home page. It shows perfectly fine in the privacy page but on the home page, the dynamic content of recent posts does not show. Please check

    Yes, I can see now that Content Ticker section is added on your homepage but not showing any content.

    Well, As I can’t see any console error, So can you please try with regenerate your assets once.

    To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pvozsx

    Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools as well. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/r3b588

    Hi Abid

    I regenerated assets but the dynamic post text still does not show. The tag text i removed as well as the arrows color is background color so visitors cant see but the element it still there. I have also raised the ticket.

    I’m resolving this from here now.

    Same problem, content section is empty. After some refreshments, it starts. Is there already a solution?
