    Hello,

I have a problem with the content switcher. I am using it with a saved templates.

My templates columns with text but the font I use in the template is ?normal” but the content switcher loads the template with a ?bold” font.

I used a tab addon and a different content switcher with the same templates and they seem to work fine, showing the ?normal, non-bold” original fonts.

    Hi @hank0ny,

I would like to inform you that sometimes theme styles override the default plugin styles. I have checked but the templates and other available widgets are working fine as they should be. Here is a screenshot.

Please check the below points before pursuing:

    1. Change the theme to a standard Elementor theme. e.g. Hello Elementor theme.
    2. Clear the browser cache.
    3. You can first try to simply clear your browser’s cache, use a different browser, or view in an incognito browser. If this doesn’t help, then follow these steps:

    • Go to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS and click the Regenerate Files button.
    • Update your page. You may need to make a small change to enable the Update button.
    • Clear all cache including server cache if it exists, any WordPress caching plugins you are using, and your own browser cache. You can also try checking in another browser, or in an incognito browser.

    4. You are using the latest HappyAddons and HappyAddons Pro (Changelogs) (If you are using the pro)
    5. You have the HappyAddons license activated. (If you are using the pro)
    6. You are using the latest Elementor Free and Elementor Pro(if you have the Pro version.)
    7. You don’t have any third-party plugins/addons installed with the same feature.

The issue should be fixed now. However, let me know the update.\

    Thank you.

I tried all the options and I cleared all the caches and even used the default template for Elementor but still no change.

I even used all types of ?icon box” and even simple ?text editor” but no luck.

I also tried to reinstall the add-on.

    Hi @hank0ny,

    Thanks for the update.

As we didn’t find any similar scenario to our testing site (both local and live), there might be a site-specific issue. Don’t hesitate to contact our technical support for further deep investigation.

    Thank you.

The solution for others: Even though the font of the content in the content switcher settings was deactivated it was still showing. Modifying the font there resolved the problem, even though I tried this solution in the past but for some reason it did not change anything (maybe it was a cache thing or the typographic settings in the section settings needed to be ?default”).

Thank you anyway for your help, I will mark it as resolved.
