Content Sort not Working for us

We installed content sort and were able to sort our posts in the grid, but when we look online they are not sorted as we want. They are sorted with the most recent at the top: https://www.owimplementation.com/contents/
We are not posting to the front page or home page but to the Table of Content page – is this a problem?
