Content slider image not visible on Safari

    I am using your content slider element and it’s wonderful. Thank you. An issue i’m having is that in the safari browser on my macbook pro, the images are not visible. It looks like the image flashes and then it’s just black. The text overlay works while the image is just black. Any help is much appreciated.

    Hello,

    Maybe you didn’t create the templates the proper way.

    When creating the slide templates, make sure all the SECTION(s) of the templates should be FULL WIDTH and don’t use HEIGHT.
    If you need WIDTH and HEIGHT of the SLIDER, then you can set them from the SLIDER (Sina Content Slider) Style Tab.

    @shaonsina Thank you for your fast response. I made the changes you suggested and the results remain the same way. No display on Safari. The slides are now full width but the image display on safari is black.

    Hi here.
    I am using “Sina Banner Slider” on my home page.
    and I am facing the same issue. It doesn’t display on my iPhone, however, it displays on an android device very well.
    I have done the recommended steps above as well.
