content showing as %PATH% and %LS_TITLE%

for some reason, my video and sidebar buttons are showing as %PATH% and %LS_TITLE%. All lenslider files are uploaded, everything is intact. Lenslider is in my plugins folder. I don’t know what could be the issue. It was working fine.
