    hi,

I’m have been able to use to the armember plugin with no issues for single page content the last few years for several other plans. Recently, I have created a page for teachers to login, select a topic, and access PPTS and worksheets, however some pages show as ‘CONTENT RESTRICTED’ even for admin and allowed logged in users. In case it’s relevant, when they click on certain topics, it takes them to a new tab. Sometimes they can access its content, and for others, they can’t. Even when they try to ‘return’ to the home page, the home page suddently becomes restricted content.

I have gone via wordpress editor to check the correct toggles are enabled to allow access for this group, as well as via CONTENT ACCESS RULES via the dashboard. Problem is it keep reverting its settings, and even when it’s set as it should be, it is still showing up as content restricted.

My customers are growing quite frustrated being unable to access the content they’ve paid for. I tried disabling it for now so they could access it while I work it out, but it’s still showing up as content restricted. THere’s clearly a break down of the messaging between its setting and the page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

I have checked the provided URL and found that you are using the ARMember pro plugin and this forum is for the ARMember Lite plugin. So, kindly open a support ticket with the premium plugin and after that, you will be assisted further.

    Thanks

@tallgiraffepublishing Did this get fixed for you? I’m having the same issue in the free version, and I don’t want to pay for the plugin if this is broken because it’s the main feature I need.
