Similar to post 18177289 I have an Elementor element where Profile Builder content restriction is enabled for logged in users only. Regardless of whether I am logged in our out (as a subscriber) the content remains restricted and the “You must be logged in…” message appears. I have cleared my browser cache, tried two different browsers, including in private browsing, have deactivated all other plugins and the problem still occurs.

    Hi @lowertownmedia,

    Just to be sure:

    1. ?Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Profile Builder and Elementor (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Pages -> edit the page where you have this issue -> and send a screenshot where it can be seen exactly how the Profile Builder Content Restriction functionality was added to that page?
    3. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Elementor -> Settings -> Features -> and send a full screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?

You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

It appears when I disable Elementor caching the restriction of the Elementor element is working as expected. This is not ideal as disabling caching affects performance. Your input is appreciated.

    Hi @lowertownmedia,

I’ve created a task about this to investigate if there is something that we can do when this Elementor setting is enabled.

Unfortunately, until then, we don’t have a workaround other than having that setting disabled.

    Best regards,
