I installed the free version of the plugin, but the content restriction metabox hasn’t shown at the woocommerce product pages. Could you please write me, if I need to have the basic version of the plugin for the content restriction, or is something wrong with my side?

    Hello @keczelip29,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It should work for the free version as well. Does the content restriction section appear for normal pages/ posts?

    Kind regards,

    Hi @dariusraia,

Unfortunately the restriction doesn’t appear there either. I see the otpion if I edit the post/pages in Elementor, but as for woocommerce products, it won’t help me… Do you have any idea what should I try to fix this?

    Hello @keczelip29,

    Thank you for the follow-up!

Are you using the Gutenberg Editor?

If so, I believe that the content restriction window it’s not hidden for the Gutenberg Editor.

    Let’s check this:

    1. Please go to a page/ post in the backend

    2. In the right corner of the page you should see 3 vertical dots

    3. Click on the dots –> Preferences -> Panels –> Aditional and you should see the Content Restriction Enable/ Disable setting

    4. Enable it

    5. Now, you should see the menu as well

    Does it work?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Kind regards,

    Hi @dariusraia!

I’m using Elementor. The woocommerce product page is different, there are no preferences and other settings. I seems that the content restiction metabox can’t be loaded at the product page, but I can’t find any related problems if I check the debugging mode with F12…

    Hello @keczelip29,

    Thank you for the follow-up!

This is strange. My suggestion would be to try a full conflict test:

    (ideally in a staging environment):

*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns. Also, disable the caching plugin as well, in case you are using it.

Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

    Kind regards,

I cant see the content restriction panel on normal pages either. I have tried on clasic editor and on gutenberg….but never apears. What can I do? I want to make a page private, only for logued in members
