Content Restriction

    I have a question regarding content restriction. I have a pretty complex user structure with many different membership groups.
    Is it possible to restrict the content in an exclusive manner rather than inclusive manner ?
    As an example, when content is restricted to the groups “Premium” and “North America” I would like for only users who belong to both groups to see it, not either group. So only the users who are in the intersection of the two groups would have access to that content.

    Hope that is clear enough.

    Also, is it possible to restrict access to files (including their direct URL) via your plugin ? And restrict them from appearing on the front end in a file gallery for given groups ?

    I’m afraid this is not possible. I consulted this with developer if there is anyway around, but there is not. I’m sorry.

    It is possible to protect media, but not direct URLs (if someone already knoe direct url, they can always omit the protection).
    In add-ons there is “Media Protection – Protect Images and other Media-Library content.” that protects media.

    If you are using the shortcode [gallery] you can also protect it with the “Shortcode Protection” add-on.
