    Hello, dear vladi1234.

    You need to turn off the animation from the options. Please select the “Content Popup” theme. There you will find a menu field. From the menu, select Content Popup. There you will see there is a “Popup Effect”. Through the select menu you can select the effect how to show the popup. We have 8 styles for popup appearance. If you want to hide the effects, you just need to choose the “Default” option.
