Content on single.php template not loading on initial page load

  • Hello,

    On this site we have a few CPT’s and pull them into a taxonomy-agenda_category template. When we select any of the posts the content on single.php does not load initially. Once page is refreshed the content does load. It’s not the videos, I’ve tried just text and the same thing.

    Does anyone have any initial trouble shooting I can try. All other pages/templates seem to be working fine.

  • Unfortunately, the URL you mentioned cannot be accessed. A “Forbidden” error message appears.

    If I understand correctly, you can only see the contents of single pages after a reload. Check whether you are using a caching plugin – if so, deactivate it as a test and see if this changes the behavior. It may also be due to your own browser cache.

    I advise you to enable the WP Debugging and post in this thread any error/warning messages you’ve got. In case you don’t I recommend you to reach out your hosting provider for looking into your issue and providing you some possible solution.
