Content of comments sidebar

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible in PRO version to change what is showed inside comments sidebar.

Instead of Facebook comments I would like to show advertising banners. I understand that this is something that is not included in Settings section, but probably it could be done by adding a custom JS code, or by modifying any of the JS files.

Please let me know before upgrading to PRO version.
