Content of checkbox not shown in mail

    Hi,

    we use the plugin and have a form on our site. Up until now it has been working very well. Now I added two new checkboxes but if somebody submits the form, the mail content doesn’t show if the boxes have been checked or not. As content in the mail we have just put {formContent}, assuming that this covers all the form fields.
    Just fyi, the boxes are not required to be checked.

    Dear sherbst,

    Thanks for your post.
    May we kindly ask you to inform, please, do you receive the information when the checkbox is checked?
    If it is not checked then it should not appear in the content of the form delivered to the administrator email address. That’s the way the plugin usually works.

    thanks for your quick reply. Even if the checkbox IS checked, it is not shown in the mail content. We checked various times ??

    Dear sherbst,

    We will need your help for being able to debug the plugin.
    Could you, please:

    1) insert {userContent} in the “Email to User” field
    2) change the action after the submission to “print success message”: https://prntscr.com/helufl
    3) inform us when it is done.

    Hi,
    I face the same problem as described above.
    i.e. Even when contact form checkboxes are checked, I get no information about them.
    Could you give advice please.
