Content not showing

  • Hi, my site michaeljonfink.com does not seem to be displaying any content in my posts. All of my pages are listed and have the desired text in the backend, but for some reason, nothing is displaying on the pages.

    What should I do to resolve this? This issue just began without any changes being made besides updating a week or so ago.

  • I’m not sure what theme you are using, but it doesn’t seem like it is displaying stuff from the loop. Can you select a different page template in your page editor?

    have you tried switching to theme like twentytwelve to rule out any theme problems.

    have you tried deactivating any active plugins to rule out plugin conflicts?

    what did you update a week ago?

    do you have a backup of your database?

    are you able to check in your database to be sure everything is still in there.

    Hi everyone! Thanks for the quick posts..
    I just swapped in a new theme to see if my content still displayed, and it did. It seems to be a theme issue. The theme is completely custom and I did not design it.

    After swapping out the page template, nothing was resolved either.
    I updated to version 4.0 a week ago. I believe the theme is now broken as a result.

    It has not been resolved however. I need to make changes to the theme in order for this issue to be eliminated.

    I’m not sure what the issue could be, however. Maybe something odd with my template for pages?

    We are unable to support custom themes. You should contact the web developer who created the theme.
