• Greetings, I’ve just updated Synchi to the latest version. I’m really happy to see that it no longer collides with the collapsed menu bar on the left. However the plugin doesn’t load content anymore – just empty divs where the folders and files should be.

    I get no errors in the browser console, no other plugins installed, so what’s wrong? It just stopped working properly after update…

    Hi,

    There must be a conflict with one or more plugins on your WP website. I would like to believe that “no other plugins installed” is correct but it’s almost impossible ?? Also, believe it or not, it can be a conflict with the theme you have installed.

    So, if there’s any chance I can help you troubleshoot this, please send a list of all active plugins and the theme you’re using (with links if possible).

    However I am experiencing the same problems. No content after activating the plugin.

    Can you check your console output and send me a list of all active plugins and the theme you’re using (with links if possible)?

    It’s the only way I can help you troubleshoot this issue.

    I actually disabled all the plugins and only left Synchi (v5.1) and I get blanks:
    v5.1

    When I revert to the previous version (v5.0). It all seems to work:
    v5.0

    I noticed, if I load v5.1 and use tree.php v1.0 (taken from v5.0 and located in /php/tree.php). The right-hand file list loads.

    Not sure if this help identify the issue.

    Hi to all experiencing this issue. Can you please make sure that plugin files (especially that one – tree.php) have proper user permissions?

    Let me know if that solves the problem. If not, can you check your server logs for any errors, warnings or exceptions?

    I just used the inspector to check to code of the generated page.

    There is this div with the id “content-textarea-clone”. I guess this one is added by your plugin in order to do the code formatting, right?

    This div is not visible due to these two CSS-Settings:
    position: absolute;
    visibility: hidden;

    However, even if I deactivate these two setting I do not see any code formatting.
