    Dear support team,
I’m using your great plugin (thank you!) for my client’s website that is running the latest versions of the “Total” theme and WordPress. I want to block Youtube videos in a lightbox that users see if they click the thumbnail of the video in an image slider module. I gave the module a unique element ID to block the video and that is working fine and the placeholder image is shown until the user’s consent. But after the consent is given, the placeholder image disappears and only a white space and not the image slider is visible. That happens only on smaller screens and everything works as expected after a manual reload. Could you please tell me what I could do? Thank you!
    Best wishes, Oliver

Can you check if it helps to install the 6.1 version? A compatibility issue with some themes has been fixed here.

Thanks for your answer! Do I have to download the ZIP file pressing the “Code” button and install it? Best wishes, Oliver

    Hi @071ver,

Yes, the green button, download .zip and install as any plugin.

    regards Aert

Hi, thanks for your answer! I installed the ZIP but there’s no change: the placeholder image is shown but after giving consent, the image slider is not loading. Everything looks fine after manual reload! I noticed, it also happens on bigger screens. Do you have any other idea? The video in the lightbox uses only the Youtube URL I attached in the media library and not via embed code btw. Thank you and best wishes! Oliver

Sorry, I used another WordPress account, it’s still me, Oliver, though! ?? Thanks again!

    Hi @actualcolors, @071ver,

I noticed that the site additionally has a caching/optimization plugin enabled, which could also have an influence.

Would it be possible for you to temporarily disable plugins with caching/minification/lazyload functionality, so we can check the behavior without any such optimizations activated?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

Hi Jarno, thanks for your answer! I deactivated Smush and WP Super Cache and there is no change. They’re still disabled btw so you can have a look. Is there anything else I can do? Thank you very much! Best wishes, Oliver

    Hi @actualcolors,

Please leave the URL of the plugin responsible for the gallery. I expect an integration is needed.

I will set a feature request on our website, and on our backlog. Until then you can leave YouTube off as an integration, or whitelist the plugin under script center.

    Let me know!

    regards Aert

    Hi Aert,
thanks for your answer! It’s not a plugin, it’s an image slider module that is part of the “Total” theme:

AJ, the developer is very nice and responsive!
Thanks again and let me know, best wishes,
    Oliver

    Hi @actualcolors,

    I’ll ask. Thanks,

I don’t think the integration can work without his help.

    regards Aert
