    Using Toolset plugin for CPT.
    4 membership levels -Free, Bronze, Silver, Gold.
    Gold see’s everything, Silver see’s only Silver, Bronze & Free
    Bronze see’s only Bronze & Free etc etc etc
    custom post types have WordPress Core Categories of the Bronze Silver & Gold but they also have their own taxonomies of the same too
    when setting up the levels only relevant categories and CPT taxonomies are made relevant to each level.
    YET all levels are visible ? at free level ?
    I have tried many configurations

    Can you show me a screenshot of the restrictions for the Access Levels? You can use imgur.com

    When you say that all levels are visible, do you then mean that any user can access the restricted pages?
