[Content Not Found] Error message

Hello;
When I Googled “Theme My Login”+”Content Not Found” I found one support search result but couldn’t access the resolution…Can you let me know how to solve this problem?
Theme My Login Plugin: Version 6.3.8.
1) When you click on the {Lost Password} link from the login page, it doesn’t go to the page but displays “Content Not Found” popup.I can directly enter the URL below for Correct Lost Password Link:
https://xxxxxxxx.com/login/?action=lostpassword
and that does go to the correct page.2) The second issue is from the valid [Lost Password] page that I directly enter the URL; If you click on “Log In” link then it doesn’t go back to the correct [Login] page but displays another “Content Not Found” popup Error message again.
Because the [Login] Page and [LostPassword] Page work correctly if they are manually entered into the URL; my assumption is that then the Theme My Login code is just not setting the correct path for the links.
How can I fix this? And Which files do I need to modify?
