Content Manager by Form

  • Hi,
    I need a plugin that allow specific user role to upload information by a form.

    For example:

    An User enter to a specific page and he has two option (add or edit/delete).
    By clicking on add he can add a new element by a form with textbox, texarea, file upload etc..
    After that he can click on save to store this element on the DB.

    By clicking on edit/delete he can only see his own element and modify/delete them.

    Do you know any plugin that can help me?
