Content Lost in Brizy

  • Can someone please assist. I am not a web designer at all and do not know all the correct terms to use. I hired someone to do a simple one page and then I added in the wording. I had basically finished adding all the content i needed. This morning I attempted to add a couple of images and I couldn’t get it to work in Brizy so I attempted to add the images in Elementor and wordpress editor. This is when everything went wrong. When I realized it wasn’t going to work either way, decided to give up and forget about the images. When I went back out to dashboard and then back into Brizy, my page was blank. It’s asking me to start building a page. A basic version of the content (without a layout) still appears in wordpress but I need my entire layout to be retrieved. If someone could help me restore to any version from last night that would be great. Thank you

    I do see that someone has had a similar issue under a topic called “cannot “edit with brizy” and someone named Sergiu Bagrin help them to resolve. I am new to this and don’t know how to contact Sergiu so if anyone knows how i can tag him please let me know.

    I’ve experiencing the same issue a couple of hours ago also – very frustrating. If anyone can address this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.
