Content Locker and Email Subscription with PageBuilder pages

On my site, I have a variety of PageBuilder pages and am wanting to start locking off certain content unless readers subscribe to my MailChimp distribution list. I’ve found one plug in the works beautifully with standard pages (links easily to MailChimp and obscures content unless people “sign-in”), however, it fails with PageBuilder.

I don’t want to have to go through the mission of redesigning all the pages. I like PageBuilder. The pages it generates are well laid out.

So, my question: Is there a plugin that will lock portions of the content, integrating with MailChimp, that works well with PageBuilder but doesn’t cost an arm and a leg?

Alternatively: Is there a way I can modify the Call-To-Action button widget to do the same job?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
