Content Items not Showing when Editing Page

I am confused, about the “orange wedge button to edit the content item”

This might be related to the color scheme used, but in WordPress buttons are generally blue, so either you are using another tool, or perhaps another color scheme, in which case, it would help to know what button precisely you mean.

A screenshot, or a descriptive path to the action you take, can help here.

Also generally when you edit a page, and edit content, there is no need to press anymore buttons since you are already in the edit screen, and there is also no scroll involved, as you are editing the content….

It will help greatly to see what you do precisely based on some screenshots or more descriptive action paths (such as a list of things you do, using the precise names of the buttons and screens you see, etc)

That is not something provided by WordPress

It seems to be some sort of Blocks, likely provided by a Plugin or Theme.
Locate the plugin or theme providing it, and contact their support

You can easily find out who provides those by disabling plugins/theme, then reloading the page, without saving, just check if the blocks appear broken/state that the providing plugin is not anymore active.
The plugin you disabled last before that happens is the one providing the features.

Make sure to NOT save the page while you do that! Otherwise you might lose your content.
Perhaps make a backup or do this on a staging site before proceeding just for safety ??
