    I waited for 20 min, but nothing was generated (Headings were).. however, tokens were used in api dashboard…

    Hello,

    I am sorry to hear that.

    Are you using Cloudflare?

    If you are using Cloudflare please note that; Cloudflare’s default connection timeout is 100 seconds.

    If the response from OpenAI takes more than 100 seconds, you will not see any result because Cloudflare will terminate your session. This usually happens if your headings are more than 5.

    You have two options to fix this issue:

    1- You can disable Cloudflare on your website.

    2- If you dont want to disable Cloudflare, you can upgrade your plan with them so that you can get more timeout duration.
