Content is not displaying with the previous post add on

I have installed the previous post add on on my blog
While I was trying to implement it in my single.php template, I managed to get the shortcode right but when it’s displaying on the single.php page it only repeated the same article on the existing page and post subsequent to that appears broken, with only the title and no “Content”
I used everything on this page https://connekthq.com/plugins/ajax-load-more/add-ons/previous-post/#shortcode
