Content inside the footer (but not really)

I’ve inherited this website from my client which was designed by his previous web designer. They want to be able to change the information in between the green bars on the bottom of this page: https://noolp.org/home/current-events-calendars/

the “Healthcare Ministry October 9, 2014 ,7:00 pmForty Hours Devotion October 12-14, 2014 test event 10 October 30-31, 2014” text is what I’m referring to.

Here is the thing; it is crammed between the two theme footer properties, but there is NOT an option to change it under the footer editor. The page is using the standard template that every other page uses, but this is the ONLY page that this green bar appears on. I am apparently using the Admin login, but I did notice there is no editor under “Appearance”.

Does anyone have a clue? I’m all out of ideas.
