Content in the subdomain not getting backed up?

I installed WPB2D to back up my site & blog. Looking at the files that it has put in Dropbox, it doesn’t look like everything is being backed up.

My site has some stuff under jaimewells.com and other stuff under yoga.jaimewells.com. Specifically, I don’t see backups of the stuff from the yoga subdomain.

I have gone to the dashboards for jaimewells.com and then for yoga.jaimewells.com and set different backup settings for each, and even had each of them back up to a separate subfolder in Dropbox. It looks like the same files are going into each subfolder and that the yoga subdomain content isn’t getting backed up at all. Can anyone help?
