content-home.php or content-front-page.php, need help…

Heya,

I’m just trying to create a custom content-*.php file for the front page. I’m aware of front-page.php but that is insufficient because it overrides index.php. I just want to replace the content with some custom PHP.

Can anyone help me? Thank you!
