Content filter priority

Hi, I’d like to know what this ‘Content filter priority’ means?

I’m using several images, forms and text to display below every post, but it varies per article what is shown and what is not shown.
I’ve been playing with the Content filter priority, but I don’t understand what the influence can be.
And even if I don’t change it, sometimes when I refresh a page, I see all the content (but not always).

What am I doing wrong, and what can be the reason not everything is shown?
My code is on the tab CONTENT: HTML to add after the content:
